CAMM Members might be interested in taking a look at the new Penobscot Marine Museum web site. It uses an unusual approach to their design, leading with collections on their landing page.

The new homepage of the Penobscot Marine Museum, located in Searsport, Maine, invites website visitors to search their collections (photo PMM).

Curator Ben Fuller would be interested in comments about the approach in general, as well as feedback on their online access to the National Fisherman Collection .  The museum is currently working on digitizing the last 5,000 images in the collection.
